Operational intelligence for project delivery

One project.One operationaltruth.

Turn fragmented project reality into controlled delivery decisions.

Know what is happening, what is at risk, and what needs action.

  1. What is happening

Site reports, issues, tasks and milestones in one current picture.

  2. What is at risk

A health score and a risk radar that show their working.

  3. What needs action

Exceptions ranked, owners assigned, actions tracked.

The operating problem

Project reality lives in too many places.

A site report in one inbox. An issue in a chat thread. A milestone on a spreadsheet nobody trusts. By the time the picture reaches a decision maker, it is already out of date.

  • Site reports
  • Issues
  • Tasks
  • Milestones
  • Contractors
  • Approvals
  • Procurement
  • Handover
  • Buyer communication
  • Commercial information
  • Project knowledge

One operational truth

Solid: reconciled by the live STRUCTELIS core today. Outlined: covered by product families that are still in preview.

Separate records, squared up into one set

How STRUCTELIS works

From site record to accountable action.

One path, the same for every project. Each stage reads the records of the one before it, so a decision can always be traced back to what was seen on site.

  1. 01

    Project data

Site reports, issues, tasks, milestones and alerts are recorded against the project.

  2. 02

    Project truth

Records are reconciled into one current picture. Gaps and contradictions are flagged.

  3. 03

    Risk and health

A transparent score and a risk radar show what is drifting, and why.

  4. 04

    Intervention

Open exceptions are ranked by severity, so leaders see where to step in first.

  5. 05

    Review

Drafted analysis stays a draft until a named person has reviewed it.

  6. 06

    Action

Decisions become tasks with an owner and a due date.

  7. 07

    LearningPreview

Lessons and decisions are kept as project knowledge for the next project.

The platform

The operational core.Available

Five instruments reading the same project records. Not five tools to keep in step.

  • Project Truth

One reconciled view of the project. Where two records disagree, the contradiction is named rather than averaged away.

    Produces

    • Attention signals
    • Contradictions
    • Interventions
    • Confidence
  • Project Health

A score from 0 to 100, with every deduction explained.

    Deductions

    • Open issue -2
    • High-severity issue -5
    • Overdue task -3
    • Blocked task -4
    • Unacknowledged critical alert -10
    • Unresolved age -1 per 7 days
  • Risk Radar

Six dimensions of risk. Each signal carries its source and the threshold it crossed.

    Dimensions

    • Delay
    • Execution
    • Contractor
    • Safety
    • Budget
    • Quality
  • Delay Intelligence

Early warnings that name the affected area, the reason and a suggested action.

    Each warning

    • Affected area
    • Reason
    • Suggested action
  • Command Center

The leadership view: health, open exceptions by severity, and the brief for the next decision.

    Brings together

    • Health
    • Risk radar
    • Intervention matrix
    • Executive brief

Governance and evidence

Controlled by design.

Operational intelligence is only useful if it can be trusted and traced. These are properties of how STRUCTELIS is built, not settings to switch on.

  1. Controlled access

Sign-in is limited to invited people. Permissions are checked on the server for every request, project by project.

  2. Auditable activity

Sensitive actions are written to an audit log with who did it and when.

  3. Evidence-backed decisions

Scores and risk signals cite the records they were computed from.

  4. Human-governed actions

Drafted analysis is held for review. Nothing is acted on without a person.

  5. Controlled external access

Buyer and vendor access is scoped to a token, expires, and can be revoked.

Beyond the core

Further product families.

These five families are in preview. They are not part of the live core and are not offered as available.

  • Buyer Care

Buyer operations, communication, complaints and handover readiness.
